What we can offer
Termites
Termites thrive in damp areas. It is very important to maintain regular termite inspections to find and treat termites before they cause catastrophic damage to your home.
Termites cause millions of dollars worth of damage every year to Australian properties. Homeowners are often unaware that they even have termites on their property and in their home. According to the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), approximately 32% of all houses in Australia currently have some termite activity or about 130,000-180,000 homes per year are found to have termites.
It is therefore essential to understand how these destructive pests live, be able to identify activity in your home and be able to prevent or minimize the development of any termite activity. Most home insurance policies do not cover Termite damage.
Our proficient pest technicians are very knowledgeable and carry out thorough inspections. They know exactly what to look for when it comes to inspecting for signs of a termite infestation. A network of underground tunnels are built by Termites, these tunnels branch off from their nest and can extend up to 100 meters away from their nest in search of food. Due to our experienced technicians and professional workmanship, we have great success in achieving termite colony elimination by implementing the appropriate termite treatment.
The pest inspection reports are carried out by one of our licenced pest technicians in accordance with AS3660 Termite Control in Building standards. The termite inspections are carried out using a variety of traditional methods and techniques including the use of a moisture detector tool which helps identify possible termite active areas as termites create and thrive in moist conditions. Based on the technicians findings, we will prepare a comprehensive written easy to understand report. The report will provide you with solutions to prevent and/or treat most common pests and will contain any drainage, ventilation issues the technician may have found at the time of the inspection as well as photos showing a variety of issues such as water leaks, shifted/damaged piers, termite damaged timbers, rodent nesting materials etc
Ventilation
Termites thrive on dampness. It is very important to keep the sub floor soil free from moisture and dampness. We offer a range of products and services in relation to dampness issues. Some of our services include but are not limited to:-
Installing bronze wire mesh ventilators to the perimeter walls to improve cross flow ventilation.
Setting up and installing a forced air fan system and ducting throughout the sub floor areas to move damp stale air out and pump fresh dry air in.

Chemicals
We source approved locally made and owned products where possible. All chemicals we use are in line with the current Australian Standards, rules and regulations specified by the EPA. Our fully qualified and licenced pest technicians ensure that all chemicals and products used do not damage the environment or harm human health.
(We use odourless chemicals), they are undetectable to pests. Once the pest travel across the treated surfaces they are soon affected. Our products provide a long lasting residual effective protection.
Rodents/Mice
Rodent baits are safely used in and around typical rodent infested areas such as roof voids and sub floor areas. Lockable rodent bait stations are installed where necessary to ensure pets and children do not come into contact with rodent bait.
We can now offer Blue Tooth technology stations which can be monitored remotely with trend analysis available in real time.
Pulse Rat iQ
The first rat bait station with fully integrated Bluetooth® sensor for detecting and timestamping rodent activity. Pulse Rat iQ comes with a fully integrated battery, proprietary sensor and antenna, that is water and weather-proof. The sensors collect timestamps of rodent activity and communicate via Bluetooth® technology to the Bell Sensing App when technicians are on site doing their service. The data gathered will empower your pest manager to improve their service knowing when to add additional bait stations or rodenticide or where to move bait stations to win the fight against rodents.
